1. Zero-Trust Architecture (No Data Processing)

NetSentinel is a 100% client-side application (running in your browser). We do not have database servers, and we do not intercept, analyze, or transmit any data entered into our tools externally. All IP addresses, router passwords, network topologies, and configuration files remain exclusively on your local machine.

2. Analytics and Cookies (Google Analytics 4)

To measure the popularity of specific modules and improve the platform, we integrated Google Analytics 4. It operates on a strict Google Consent Mode v2 mechanism.

By default, all analytics scripts are blocked (denied).
The collection of fully anonymous statistics (e.g., page views, time spent in the Cisco module) only begins after you explicitly click the "Accept" button in the popup banner at the bottom of the screen.
Your choice is saved locally in your browser (`localStorage`) and does not require creating an account.

3. User Rights (UK GDPR & PECR)

The platform is fully compliant with European and UK data protection laws. You can reset your privacy settings at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, which will instantly restore the default block state (Zero-Trust).
